Please enjoy the reading of the short story. It is not written by me I just quote from my colleague and hope all of you like it :) . Here we go....... to the story

One young academically excellent person went to apply for a
managerial position in a big company.

He passed the first interview, the director did the last interview,
made the last decision.

The director discovered from the CV, that the youth's academic
result is excellent all the way, from the secondary school until the
postgraduate research, never has a year he did not score.

The director asked, "Did you obtain any scholarship in school?" and
the youth answered "none".

The director asked, " Is it your father pay for your school fees?"
the youth answered, my father passed away when I was one year old, it
is my mother who paid for my school fees.

The director asked, " Where did your mother worked?" the youth
answered, my mother worked as cloth cleaner. The director requested
the youth to show his hand, the youth showed a pair of hand that is
smooth and perfect to the director.

The director asked, " Did you ever help your mother washed the cloth
before?" The youth answered, never, my mother always wanted me to
study and read more books, furthermore, my mother can wash cloths
faster than me.

The director said, I had a request, when you go back today, go and
help to clean your mother's hand, and then see me tomorrow morning.

The youth felt that its chance of landing the job is high, when he
went back, he happily wanted to clean his mother's hand, his mother
feel strange, happy but mixed with fear, she showed her hand to the
kid.

The youth cleaned his mother's hand slowly, his tear drop down as he
did that. It is first time he found his mother's hand is so
wrinkled, and there are so many bruises in her hand. Some bruises
incites pains so strong that shiver her mother's body when cleaned
with water.

This is the first time the youth realized and experienced that it is
this pair of hand that washed the cloth everyday to earn him the
school fees, the bruises in the mother's hand is the price that the
mother paid for his graduation and academic excellence and probably
his future.

After finishing the cleaning of his mother hand, the youth quietly
cleaned all remaining clothes for his mother.

That night, mother and sons talked for a very long time.

Next morning, the youth went to the director's office

The director noticed the tear in the youth's eye, asked: " Can you
tell you what have you done and learned yesterday in your house?"

The youth answered, " I cleaned my mother's hand, and also finished
cleaning all the remaining clothes'

The director asked, " please tell me your feeling."

The youth said, Number 1, I knew what is appreciation, without my
mother, there would not the successful me today. Number 2, I knew how
to work together with my mother, then only I can realize how
difficult and tough to get something done. Number 3, I knew the
importance and value of family relationship.

The director said, " This is what I am asking, I want to recruit a
person that can appreciate the help of other, a person that knew the
suffering of others to get thing done, and a person that would not
put money as his only goal in life to be my manager. You are hired.

Later on, this young person worked very hard, and received the
respect of his subordinates, every employees worked diligently and in
a team, the company's result improved tremendously.

A child who has been protected and habitually given whatever he did,
he developed "entitlement mentality" and always put himself first. He
is ignorant of his parent's effort. When he started work, he assumed
every people must listen to him, and when he became a manager, he
would never know how suffering his employee and always blame others.
For this kind of people, he can have good result, may be successful
for a while, but eventually would not feel sense of achievement, he
will grumble and full of hatred and fight for more. If we are this
kind of protective parent, did we love the kid or destroy the kid?

You can let your kid lived in a big house, eat a good meal, learn
piano, watch a big screen TV. But when you are cutting grass, please
let them experienced it. After a meal, let them washed their plate
and bowl together with their brothers and sisters. It is not because
you do not have money to hire a maid, but it is because you want to
love them in a right way. You want them to understand, no matter how
rich their parent are, one day their hair will grow gray, same as the
mother of that young person. The most important thing is your kid
learn how to appreciate the effort and experience the difficulty and
learn the ability to work with others to get thing done.

As you know before we graduate of BA of English for teaching, each senior students must be conduct the practicum by themself. In the practice time we are divided into two group to teach, one for writing skill and the other Core English. On ther other hand, the school is responsible to select the year which we are going to teach. Luckily, I was selected to responsible for Core English.

What I have to prepare for tomorrow are:

- My piece of paper
- My lesson
- My Identity card and the other support stuff.

Practicum on June

The practicum day is started on the first of June for Group I and finish on 30 in the same month and Group II start from 1 of July and finish the end of the same month. By the way, for those who studied at the evening class must be conduct the practicum on the evening from Mon to Fri. on the other hand, students who studied on the Morning, Afternoo and weekend class must be do the practicum the same day that they were attend to class.

Luckly, I am in group XII with 12 members and teach Core English Unit 12 but it is easy to teach the supermor students and my supervisor named Nourn Vanna.

You know, there are alot of stuff I must be input into the practicum folder such Attendent list, Lesson Plan, Observation Form, Report, Teaching Log, JOURNAL and so on..

From the 25th of June till now I did not have a meeting with my members and contact to my supervisor yet and the time go on and on. I must be strat from Startuday.

Well, I almost get a holiday 1odays during the Khmer new year. Guest where did I go? Yeah, .... the answer is, play around with my cute laptop and do research via Internet connection which I took from metfone (Internet Service Provide) company. You know I really headache with metfone service, always lost connection. When I asked for help from metfone's support, you know what I got from is nothing... they just say I have to wait for... However, I had a great time with my family enjoyed all an activities with my sibling such cooking, do housework, do laundry, do a washing up... On the other hand, I did not forget my homework assignment, you know during that time I did a lot of works.

At the night time we did not forget the most importance thing before we went to bad. It is a Cartoon session you know not only me like a cartoon but my sisters also. While I arrived school, I toward to the board in oder to find my name which stick on the board. It is difficult to find it because there are a crowd of student. Suddently, I found my name and room number on the 4th floor.

It is better to live in countryside

The delightful singing of the birds nearby, the soothing sound of rusting leaves and being away from the noise and hassle of city life all these and more invites many people to live in the countryside. Living in the countryside has a lot of advantages, but also many disadvantage.

Firstly, the best reason of living in countryside is free spaces are available there. Actually countryside does not have a people live in congested area. The people can live in their own house with their own private garden. Additional, in a free space they can easily go for a walk outside their house and the countryside is a breath of fresh air and cleaner than the city. You are close to nature and it seems as if you are always on a vacation with a wonderful scenery that surrounds you.

Secondly, crime are lesser in the countryside. You can say that it is a place where you don't have to lock your car or even your front door. Moreover, parents will have lesser worries on unpleasant influences that their children might be exposed to. People establish good relationships with their neighbors more friendly. Another reason the cost in the is considerably cheaper than the city.

However, there are always two sides of the coin. Countryside living is often equated to boredom if we compare life in the city seems to be more exciting and fashionable. People who live in countryside do not need to hurry and have alot of time and do not have to work so many hours as they do in the city. On the other hand, they don't earn so much money and there are not such interesting things to do during free time and the unemployment rate is also much higher. The same problem converns the access to the hospital, school, none electricity, police station and shops, which are actually located far from the village. Last of all, there are some dangers connected with country life such as heavy rainfall.

To sum up, I thing that living in the countryside may hava a lot of advantages such as fresh air, breakthtaking,landscapes and more comofort, but a lot of people decide to stay in the city due to the fact that the life in the town is easier. The easy access to shop, get well paid job and other institution are the great advantage.

if you keep your eyes along the river bank near CHROUY CHANGVA Bridge, you would see a lot of boats lies on both side of the river bank. And if you look closely enough, you would also see some of the fishermen on their boat go to fish along with net and other fishing tools in their hand. Fishrman life is a risky and difficult job, but still many people choose to do this job. Have you ever wonder what's it like to be a fisherman? what kind of things you will face on the big river. And the question keep coming. So, in order to anser all this questions are mentioned above for the reader, we had been selected the real place to see the reall situation of fishermen's work. We had been interviewed one of the fisherman who is a lady to collect her real life. So, now go to whole story.

Firstly, when we arrived at our target group at the river bank, we saw lots of boats with people inside it. Children run and played along the river bank, some ever swimming, some jumped down into the water, seemed they were happy. Then we spot one boat with an olde woman in it. So we dicided to go and ask some information from her. Her name is Moun Sman, 57, Muslim. She said that before the Pol Pt regime, she used to go fishing with her husband for many years ago. Unfortunately, her husband was killed by Pol Pot by not make sense. Nowadays, her son who is 25, alreadt married and another two daughters were the ones who go fishing instead, but she still sometimes goes as well. We asked her why does she choose this job? the answer is her low education, she only studied till grade 2 after that she dropped out of school because of her family condition and poverty. Currently, she is a breadwinner and also a seller, both fish and Khmer cake seller.

Secondly, we kept on asking her about her family background, she claims that she married in Pol Pot regime. She has got 5 children, 2 sons. Unfortunately, her husband has passed away after Pol Pot region. she told us in tears when she was remind to her husband. As a result, she is a window and usually goes fishing with her eldest son instead of her husband. He got one daughter of his ow. Her second daughter who is 22 years old and third daughter, 18 also go fishing along with their big brother and her forth daughter who is now 15 to do the household choices. The four we mentioned above are dropped out of school already because the only problem is poverty except the youngest brothers who is 8 years old is a student. Mrs. Sman also a breadwinner and a seller. She would watch over her granddaughter when her son go fishing and his wife is busy. She said that her family userd to live near Psar Kandal, but then moved to live on the boat in 1979, because of the authority not allow her family to build up for her own house. In addition, she told us that living on the boat, it is not easy but she had to deal with it.

Thirdly, In the past she has two boat, one for going fishing and another one for living right now, but the payment for her illness is ver hight, she force herself to sold one. The early in the morning around 4 or 5 o'clock was the time she leaved to fishing and come back around night time. Her son and she used only net and other fishing tools like the other to fish. She also told us in sad face that the amount of fish she caught is around 4 or 5 kg perday, I mean that amount of fish she caught is ver little and she caught many kinds of fishes. the fish from fishing serves for both the sale and sometimes as theor own meals. After she caught the fishes, she got them to sell at Kandal markt. The amount of the money from selling is between 3,0000 and 5,0000 riel perday. But that still do not fit the expense since she got one big family, that's the reason why she looked for another job as Khmer cake. The benefit came from the Khmer cake is 2,0000 or 3,0000 riel. After that, we moved to the ovstacles that she has to face from till now. She said with a sigh that as a fishman, the income is not usually enough. The expense is way bigger than the income and now there seem to be less fished in the river. In addition, there are a lot of fishmen out there who have the same job as her. You have to be fast to get a good fish. She said that life would be realy difficult if the fish kept go down. That's not the only problem. Moreover, she claimed that she sometimes had to face to a big wave or strong wind.

Finally, we felt really exciting, we had no idea a job as a fisherman can be this difficult. You have to be tough to survive a fisherman. It's a risky job. We can not help but admired the fact that she is a woman but she can overcome such a risky job like a man. On the behalf of our group, we would lik to show some impression toward her. She had scarified a lot of her energy for family. Althoug she is a window, still try to overcome many obstacles in order to bring up her 5 chrildren by her own hand. We are all very thankful for her information that she gave us. Without her, we still do not know how difficult as a fisherman is. We appreciated that she spent her precise time to give us all the information.

Visit a fisherman

After finished our plan to interview the fisherman in order to collect the information to complete our assignment. On Sunday We were decide to find the place which the fisherman live. Lucky, we found out a group of them along the river bank, it is about 15mn from Phnom Pehn by across the Japaness Bridge. At that time we do not waste the time, we started our interview to the one that we were already select.

An interview spend about 30 mn (it was very less than our expected) after finished it, we took a group picture and bring a little present. Next week we are going to start writing as a story.

While the palace celebrate the party of a ascend the throne for our king Sihamony. We (OI) also have a small party at RATRAY PHNOM PENH 69 which is the new one.
You know the decorating similar the SOUP 99 which near my work place.
During our eating soup we saw the firework that came from in front of the palace hahah.... it is very nice. hmmm.... the taste of soup is delicious or I can say it is yummy.
I am the one who came first and I also went first.

The 27 of September is the day I left to my hometown for my national holiday (Phcum Benm), and it also the bad day as well, because I spent my time almost 5 hour seat on the bus which move so slowly. Actually, before the Pchum Ben anybody who work at the city will go back their home to meet their family to prepare food and some fruit to pagoda for their ancestor who die for age.

At 5 o'clock I got off the bus with car sick. This is my first time that I spent a full day for my traveling. Does anybody who live at the province have the problem the same me?

10,000 BC is a 2008 American film from Warner Bros. Pictures set in the prehistoric era, directed by Roland Emmerich and starring Steven Strait and Camilla Belle. The world premiere of the movie was held on February 10, 2008 at potsfamer Platz in Berlin. General release was on March 7, 2008.

Plot

A remote mountain range provides a home for a tribe of hunter-gatherers called the Yagahl, who survive by trapping and killing mammoths, which they call the "mannak". Here, the young hunter D'Leh has found his heart's desire — the beautiful companion named Evolet, known for her unique blue eyes, whom the Yagahl had found as an orphaned girl, a wise woman of the tribe informs of a future prophecy the girl will bring to the tribe. When the mannak come, D'Leh accidently wins the "white spear" which is given to the killer of the mammath, which he also wins Evolet in marriage. But feels he does not deserve it, because he won it by accident.

When another band of mysterious horse-riding raiders called the "four legged demons" attack the Yaghal camp and enslave Evolet (along with many others), D'Leh leads a small group of hunters south to pursue the raiders to the end of their known world to save her. The band of rescuing warriors come in contact with terror birds in the jungle, which Tic'Tic gets wounded and later recovers, but in turn leads to some of the rescuing hunters composed of Baku, his friend, to get stolen by the raiders. Then, in the desert, they encounter gazelles, vultures, and a saber-toothed cat. Along their journey they meet tribes of warriors, who have also had loved ones enslaved by the raiders.

D'Leh and his mentor Tic'Tic befriend Nakudu, leader of one of the tribes, who's son was taken and wife murdered. Then Nakudu tells D'Leh of their prophecy: that whoever talks to the "spear-tooth" (saber-tooth) will help free their people. D'Leh (while hunting for food), had earlier saved a saber-tooth from drowning in a trap which also resulted D'Leh him freeing himself. The saber-tooth then spared his life, and he realizes the prophecy was about him. Nakudu tells that his loved ones were taken in the "great red birds", or ships with large red sails, to the mountain of the God, from which no one has ever returned. Tic'Tic also takes into account that maybe D'Leh like his father, has a greater destiny than most men. Then they come together with other tribes, that agree to form a coalition and march in pursuit of the captors.

Through the desert tract, they find the ships with red sails holding Evolet and Baku, plus others. They can't follow the ships, so they talk to a desert tribe that informs them to follow the "eye of the snake", or perish in the sea of sand. They follow, and ultimately navigate with the moon and North star. At the journey's end through a vast desert, they discover a pre-Egyptian civilization ruled by an enigmatic god-like figure known as "The Almighty", who is said to be the last survivor of his kind. It is implied through dialog when the Yagahl tribesman see the harsh treatment of stolen mammoths for labor, and a map in the room of the Almighty, that he is the last of three survivors from either Atlantis or even Mu, and possibly of extraterrestrial origin. The Almighty, who is regarded as a living god, possesses many thousands of slaves that he is using to build a huge pyramid complex in his honor and possibly for his burial.

D'Leh and his coalition sneak into the slave quarters, and ask an escaped servant of the Almighty, who this Almighty is. D'Leh notices the former servant wears a bracelet that was worn by D'Leh's father. D'leh's father had left his tribe for food, and finding the Naku tribe, taught them his language, before being stolen by the raiders. D'Leh later finds that his father was not a coward, and that he was responsible for saving the servant's life. The servant informs D'Leh that his father's bones are buried in the desert. In a night attack, the guards of the slaves discover the camp of the coalition behind the middle pyramid. Tic'Tic fights three guards, and manages to kill two of them, but the last guard mortally wounds him before he dies.

D'Leh, taking the white spear, rouses the coalition with a great speech. With a plan mapped out, they spark a full-scale rebellion amongst the slaves. Meanwhile, the Almighty's priests discover Evolet wears the "mark of the hunter" or "Oruwana", which also pertains to the Orion constellations belt, and after which the pyramids are supposedly modeled. The priests, unaware that her mark was caused by the lashings of a slaver holder, mistake it for a prophecy. Which states that Evolet is somehow destined to kill the Almighty.

The Almighty offers Evolet to D'Leh in exchange for him abandoning his rebellion. D'Leh feigns the acceptance of the deal which allows him to come close enough to the Almighty to kill him with a spear and prove him not to be a god. During the ensuing battle, Baku fails to strike One-Eye man that killed his mother, but when he grabs Tudu the son of Nakudu, Nakudu successfully strikes him with a spear. The WarLord raider who had kidnapped Evolet initially, steals her again on horseback. Evolet, slung behind him, reaches into the quiver of arrows that is near her and stabs the slave lord in the side. Both he and Evolet fall from the horse. D'Leh rushes to her side when he sees them fall, but the slave lord succeeds in shooting her in the back with an arrow. The slave lord tells D'Leh that if he cannot have her, then no one will. D'Leh then kills him in revenge, as the main temple of the Almighty burns in the background. She dies in D'Leh's arms.

The scene shifts to Old Mother - the wise woman of the Yagahl - as she breathes in deeply and then breathes out her last breath. Then it returns to D'Leh cradling Evolet's body when she suddenly awakens, fully restored by the wise woman's sacrifice. They depart for home and bid farewell to the other tribes. Time passes and we see that the seeds that D'leh had received during his travels have begun to grow. As he stands, he greets his wife Evolet and they passionately kiss as the screen fades in the sun.

In a alternative ending, the scene goes forward many years into the future, showing Baku's retelling of the story by the camp fire. And ends with a child asking what had happend to the mountains of the God, and Baku remarks, "they were lost to man, lost to time."

Kung Fu Panda

The title of the story sound nice. During the weekend come I and my sister spent time to see this movies. Does anybody had been seen it? it is great with fun of Panda. it seems not difficult even Panda who is the fat one.
Kung Fu Panda is an American animated comedy film released in 2008. It was directed by John Stevenson and Mark Osborne and produced by Melissa Cobb. The film was produced by DreamWorks Animation's studio in Glendale, California and distributed by Paramount Pictures. The film stars the voices of Jack Black as the panda, Po, along with Jackie Chan, Dustin Hoffman, Angelina Jolie, Lucy Liu, Seth Rogen, David Cross, and Ian McShane. Set in ancient China, the plot revolves around a bumbling panda who aspires to be a kung fu master. After a much feared warrior escapes from prison, Po is foretold to be the Dragon Warrior, much to the chagrin of the resident kung fu warriors. Dreamworks is working on a sequel to Kung Fu Panda, which is currently in pre-production.

Po (Jack Black) is a panda who works in a noodle restaurant owned by his goose father Mr. Ping (James Hong), who hopes that Po will one day take over the restaurant. Po is a kung fu fanatic with secret dreams of becoming a great master in the discipline. However, his weight and clumsiness make his goal difficult to attain.

The tortoise Master Oogway (Randall Duk Kim) has a premonition that the evil snow leopard warrior Tai Lung (Ian McShane), the former student of his own protégé, the red panda Master Shifu (Dustin Hoffman), will escape from prison and return to threaten the Valley of Peace. While Shifu sends Zeng (Dan Fogler), a messenger goose, to Chor Ghom Prison to have the security increased, Oogway orders a formal ceremony to choose the Dragon Warrior, a supreme master of kung fu who can defeat Tai Lung. It is assumed that one of the Furious Five—Tigress (Angelina Jolie), Monkey (Jackie Chan), Mantis (Seth Rogen), Viper (Lucy Liu), and Crane (David Cross)—a quintet of supremely skilled martial artists trained by Shifu, will be chosen for this honor. Po, in his attempts to see the Dragon Warrior, finds himself in the middle of the ceremony. Oogway, impressed by Po's sudden appearance, surprises everyone by designating Po himself as the Dragon Warrior despite Po's protests and Shifu's pleas to reconsider.

Revolted at having Po under his tutelage, Shifu attempts to make him quit by berating and humiliating him. The Five also dismiss Po as a worthless interloper, although he eventually endears himself to them. Tigress later reveals to Po how Tai Lung came to be evil. Shifu raised him from a cub and treated him like a son. When Oogway refused to make Tai Lung the Dragon Warrior, he became enraged and laid waste to the Valley. He then tried to take the dragon scroll; Shifu tried to stop him, but could not bear to destroy what he had created. Tai Lung was then defeated by Master Oogway and imprisoned. Tigress ends her story by saying that Shifu loved Tai Lung like he never loved anyone before, or since.

Meanwhile, Zeng's errand backfires when a tour of the prison given to him by the overly confident head of security, Commander Vachir (Michael Clarke Duncan), inadvertently enables Tai Lung to escape. Tai Lung orders Zeng to send word of his arrival to Shifu. In the Valley of Peace, Oogway passes away and ascends to the heavens, his final wish being that Shifu must train Po. However, Po confesses his belief that he may never be a match for Tai Lung. Overhearing this discussion, Tigress takes it upon herself to intercept Tai Lung, and the rest of The Five follow her to assist. The following morning, Shifu discovers that Po is capable of impressive physical feats when motivated by food. He leads Po to the countryside for an intensive training regime in which Po is offered food as a reward for learning his lessons. As Shifu hopes, Po swiftly becomes a skilled combatant.

The Five battle Tai Lung but are eventually defeated. All except Crane are paralyzed by a special nerve-striking technique, and he manages to carry his friends back to the valley. When they return, Shifu decides Po is ready to open the sacred Dragon Scroll, which promises great power to its possessor. However, when Po opens it, he finds nothing but a blank reflective surface. Stricken with despair at the scroll's apparent worthlessness, Shifu orders his students to lead the villagers to safety while he stays to delay Tai Lung for as long as he can.

Po meets up with his father, who tells him the secret ingredient of the family's noodle soup: nothing. Things become special, he explains, because people believe them to be special. Realizing that is the point of the Dragon Scroll, Po rushes off to help Shifu. At this time, Tai Lung arrives at the palace to obtain the Dragon Scroll. However, he discovers that the Dragon Scroll is gone, and then attempts to kill Shifu in anger. But before he can, Po arrives and challenges him. Tai Lung temporarily stuns him and gains the Dragon Scroll, but is unable to understand its symbolism. Po tries to explain the wisdom of the scroll to a frustrated Tai Lung, who uses his nerve attack on Po, but the panda is impervious thanks to his amply-padded gut. Emboldened, Po counter-attacks, and uses the Wuxi Finger Hold (a technique Shifu had previously threatened to use on Po) on Tai Lung, defeating him in a large explosion of golden light that ripples through the valley.

The Five return to the valley to investigate and find a slightly dazed but triumphant Po. Deeply impressed by Po's victory, Tigress leads the Five to acknowledge him as a Kung Fu master. Po suddenly remembers that his teacher is badly wounded, and rushes back to Shifu. At first the master appears to be dying, and Po panics. But Shifu is only trying to rest after such a terrible battle with Tai Lung.

At the end of the credits, Shifu and Po are seen eating together beside the sacred peach tree. A peach seed planted by Shifu before Oogway's death has sprouted into a new plant.

The main things to remember in any job interview are to be optimistic, enthusiastic as these are the qualities that the company will be looking for in any potential employee! this will help you make a winning impression! try to remain confident and try to relax in order to your best. There are 10 interview Dos and Don’ts.

1. Do make sure you know where the interview will be held. Go to the venue in advance to make sure you do not get lost on the day.
2. Do your research the company that you want to work for and prepare a few questions that you would like to ask the interviewer.
3. Do dress for success. Dress for the interview in the some way you would dress if you were already working for the company.
4. Do make sure you arrive early. The worst thing to do is to be late as this makes a bad first impression.
5. Do have a copy of your C.V/Resume and cover letter with you. The interviewer will usually ask you for some more details good to C.V you sent when applying for the job, and it is good to have it to hand.
6. Do not look at, touch, or answer your phone during the interview. This is one of the worst things you can do and show a lack of respect for the interviewer. Turn your phone off. or at least put it on silent.

How to manage anger: Controlling anger before it controls you!

Everyone gets angry; it’s a natural human emotion. However, you can not get angry whenever you please and towards everyone and everything. People who do get angry in public are often viewed as immature and uncontrollable and most societies look down at people who show that they can not control themselves. Anger is healthy but if it becomes uncotrollable it can become destructive.

Psychologists use the term anger management to teach people techniques in hoe to control this very strong emotion. So what are you suppose to do when your blood boils, you see red and you are finding it harder and harder by the second to control your emotions?

Firstly, when you are on the verge of exploding most experts suggest you breathe deeply. As you breathe, and focus on your breathing, your body will feel more relaxed, less tense and therefore less likely to explode.

Secondly, many people would tell you to count to 10 slowly. this allows you to distract your feeling of anger to concentrating counting to 10. This small amount of time focusing on something else can give you enough time to think about your reaction to the situation.

For a more psychologred approach to anger management there are some guidelines that could decrease anger levels. If someone causes negative feelings inside you instead of arguing maybe use laughter to calm the situation down. This shows that you are a creative person that knows how to handle a situation.

Being direct about any feeling at the time would allow you to express yourself in a calmer way. instead of keeping thoughts to yourself in a calmer way, instead of keeping thoughts to yourself and thenexploding.

Forgiving is also a useful tool to diminish anger. if you are able to forgive someone over a small issue than you do not need to keep a grudge or you can start ‘clean’ with that person.

The Asian way, would be to practice some yoga or meditation regularly so that your body is calm and your mind as well, calmness will allow you to remain in control when some situations become difficult. This is preventive anger management.

Time management

Time management is about planning and scheduling time to be more effective for your studies/work or personal life and therefore lessstress.
As a student it is very important to be able to manage your time. Time is everthing and if you are not organized you will fin it hard to complete your tasks and even do well in your exams. Here are some tips that will help you organize your time!

1. In order to manage your time your need to set goals for yourself but remember set goals that are realistic!
2. The first think your must do is a task list (to-do-list) so that you see what has to be done and list also acts are a reminder.
3. Once you have that list, do not spend half your time rearrang and organizing it.
4. you should break up your to-do-list in what you can achieve in a day, week or month which will also help you organize if task are big and require a lot of time or not.
5. Once you have set your goals and you have created a ‘calendar’ try the best you can to follow your plan. Nevertheless, you might have to change thing or might not be able to achieve everything. This is not the end of the word!

How to think positive?

The words you use are important in thinking positively. Your brain will focus on the words you tell yourself, everybody. For example: If you want to be confident say out loud the next 3 sentences.
1. I do not want to be shy.
2. I want to be confident.
3. I am confident.

Which is more powerful? No3 I am confident is the most positive, No1 is negative because you will only think of word shy, No2 is in future tense, you want to be confident but may never reach it. No3 is more powerful, I am confident makes you feel it right now.

So write a list of all the things you want to be and say it out loud to yourself everyday for the next 3 days. Then try saying I am stupid, I am shy, I am lazy, can you feel the difference? Thinking positive will make a difference!
